Just got a 1.6 16v corsa sport. Before hand the guy told me the air con was noisey. When the air con is on, there is no noise at all, but when i turn it off, theres a noise, alomost like its hitting something, or something is lose? Anyone has this problem before?

Might be the pump mate (bearings in the pump may be knackered)

Yeah, might be, ill have a look tomorrow. Im thinking more along the lines of the auxiliary belt, as the Air-Con, power steering pump etc, run of that?
