HEy ppl. I av got my self a nice little alpine set up Im jst abit undecided on wat to power through my 2nd amp.
I hav.....
alpine spr-17ls 2-way components / 350W Peak / 70W RMS in the front.
alpine 6x9s on the self think they r about 200W Peak.
alpine swr-1541d sub Peak Power 1500W / 500W RMS.
x2 alpine mrv-t420 amps MAX Power: 225Wx2 (4Ohm Stereo), 600Wx1 (Bridged 4Ohm), one is bridged for the sub the other is free for the speakers but theres only 2chs 
any advice??? cheers

amp the comps and ditch the 6x9s

Cheers bud! but now Im thinkin i dont need 6x9s in the back but surly it wud sound better wiv sum sound in the back n not all bass or am i jst wrong lol???

my system is currently out of my car
but the new one goes some thing like this.....
2 way active frontend amped running 90w rms to the mids and 40w rms to the tweets
coaxails in the standard location run off the head unit but faded out
12" alpine type s wired @2ohm off an alpine mrp-m650
not sure yet but prob an alpine h701 deq to control the active front end/sub and may be a centra speaker aswell
I am mainly into sq i like the sound stage upfront (you dont drive the car from the back seat do you) If you have rear speakers it drags the soundstage backwards. I run a set of coaxials in the standard locations run of the HU for a bit of rear fill if have passengers in the car but most of the time there faded out

sweet, so ditch the 6x9s n get sum coaxails for the bk just cos im a nice guy n dnt wanna leave out the ppl in the bk.
i recon im gonna av to get sum1 who knows wat there doin to set it all up cos i only get so much.
i think i shud av got a 12" cos mine is fcukin huge (no shoppin in my boot).
