What thickness MDF should i use to bouild my costom install

10-12mm??

18mm for any sub boxes you are doing or any speaker boxes-

any other bits that you are just mounting amps on and stuff use either 9 or 12.

I used 18mm, if u wanna shell out get Beach wood.

12mm cost me £5.79 for 4ft x 2ft cos by the time you have sound deading on it it will make it twice as thick
