Right i don't now if its me or something is wrong..
When i slam on my brakes they don't really grab, if you get me Like when i put my foot to the floor on the brake pedal seems to be alot of travel..It doesnt stop dead if you get me
Its quite hard to explain..

take it to a garage mate - most will check your brakes for free
Before that tho, check fluid levels/pads etc.
A had a similar problem and it turned out to be a leaky cylinder

Well Funny enough my calipers were leakin but they have seemed to have stopped..
As for the brake fluid in the bottle(under the bonnet) its in the middle so there is enough...Doesnt stop sharply even at 2mph or rolling pace...

Think youll find its air in the brake system mate.Needs the system bleeding.

i had that also, my rear cylinders were leaking and they got corroded on one. replaced both sides of cylinder and shoe cos its not worth replacing one side otherwise u need to do the otherside when it runs out

I do think its a air block tbh just feels like it ..
it defo cant be the rear brake cylinders as they were replaced less than a year ago..

This happened to my mates astra. It was his servo vacum hose had come undone.
Might be that.
