my sub has been fine in sound and quality since i bought it off a m8, but 4 some reason the other day i was listening to some music and i went over a bump and the sub power seemed to decline a bit! e.g, not a much bass and quieter! anyway, i stopped and had a look at it and there was someting rolling around inside the sub box, i shoved my hand down the plastic air pipe and pulled out what seems to be a small foam paint roller! any reason why this was in there!
sorry its an essay, just confused about this!
anyone know?

i rekon the sub might have been vibrating a fair bit when turned up loud and the foam being lodged behind the sub would restrict the vibrations a bit!

also another thing i was wonderin, which is not related to the above problem with the sub, is that when i turn my engine off and pull the key out of the ignition, there is like a power surge and my 9by9's and sub make a big popping sound?
anyone know why this happens?
