Hi all. Got a Corsa 1.4 Flair which is lowered on 35-40mm GMax springs on standard shocks.

The ride is a bit wank, it's not hard as such... but wallowy and crashy. I am thinking my shocks are fooked plus it's not low enough... so I'm gonna look into a 60mm lowering kit.

I was hoping to get a Nova GMax kit from Halfords as they had some on offer (full kit for 35 quid!) but nowhere has any left so I'll buy a proper Corsa kit.

I've been impressed with full Gmax setups on a couple of mates Corsas both lowered 60mm... good ride, not too stiff and they remained quite composed on bad roads, much better than mine.

Do most of you guys reckon GMax do the job? Also wheres best to buy from?? Ta

for budget, there not bad,

ive always prefered koni or spax.

but because were building a 2lt 16v on a budget to see if we can do it, we might have to use gmax to keep in on the budget

Crap.

Better off just saving and spending some more money on a decent set up.

G-Max ride is rock hard. Spend a bit more and go for Spax or Koni.
