With adam on this one I did have the chance to get a GT kicking out just over 250bhp for 2.3k and all the work was just done car was still getting run in

Think your mate is going to have that car sitting for a long time

well after phoning insurers most of today Ive found that adien flux is the best for me, so..... its time to save a bit more and geta glanza. BUT have been to see other cars incase Im put of by the age etc and seen a astra coupe for 5K in the blue colour with blue&black interior and was super cool, just wish insurance was nice to me

why not see if you can swap some of your standard bits with insurance to bring the price down a little g@@@z

some people say that starlet gt is actually faster due to less weight and better gear ratios.

sorry to drag this up again, but i looked at insurance on one today, and they aren't expensive. i can insure one TPFT for 1300 quid with No NCB, which is about 100 quid more than my nova was

Halve that number and take away £100 and thats what I was looking at paying on one of these

Just coulded justify paying 4k for a 10-12 year old car which looked good but didnt feel so good on the inside...

At least fords have nice interiors
