surely you need to get emissions test done on it

if emissions are lower than what your allowed without a cat its all legal

dont worry you'll never get caught anyhow, my car has been through an insurance claim decated and no one said anything.

Need to go to a back street garage and get them to use another car for emission on the MOT.

nope all cars after I think it 93 K or somewhere round there have to have a Cat plus i doubt you'd get the emissions low enough anyway without a Cat

U would be in an unroadworthy vehicle but you are only gonna get caught if you arse around and get pulled therefore having a full vehicle inspection and at mot time.

you can get the emmisions low enough on a car with a de cat if it is re mapped properly i believe. not 100% sure. think it can be done on 1.6 sports with a new inlet manifold and a de cat with such as a unichip.
