Hey guys
I had my car serviced about 4 weeks ago. And since then i can't reach 70mph without the engine management light coming on It also occurs at anytime when i get to about 3500rpm. So going up hill for example. On the motorway today everytime i reached that amount of revs (about 70) the car jolts and feels heavy and unresponsive and the light comes on. Does anybody know what this could be? How i could fix it etc?
It's a 1.2 16v SXI

Sorry to sound idiotic but what is an AFM? Lol ah i wish i cud get a new car mate, but im off to university in like a month, it would be pointles buying a car or spending a lot of money on a car i cannot drive

If this had gone...would it explain why often in 1st gear pulling away, teh revmeter rises then kinda sticks, the car jolts forward before picking up again. Everyone keeps saying it's just me, but i can drive my mums MG fine :S I've had that accelerating problem for the past 6 months and jus suffered it, is this EML fiasco just an escalation?
