Looking for some better front speakers so my 13cm sony's can bugger off to the rear

suggestions around the £30 mark (talking ebay money here so probs £50 in most places lol)

Do i want:
components (are these the single cone woofer + a tweeter to go elsewhere?)

looking for 13cm cos i can't be arsed with bad fitting speakers/magnets etc
