Hey all, been a reader for months now, thought id signup and post something for u guys to look at for a change, even only for interest sake.

This is the South African GSi, an Opel and it comes with... wait for it... the 1.6 8v engine... booo. This is the 2001 model and is almost standard apart from the front lights, side skirts, rims and sound. The rest is how u get it out the factory. ( I know u guys like our rear origional spec lights )

Comments welcome, currently looking to drop in an XE... cause really cant hold up the GSi name with a 1.6 8v.

Current engine mods include:

50mm Piper Exhaust
Cowley Branch Manifold
Dastek ECU
K&N Flat Filter

Looks good, very good. Would be a good mod for us over here changing the bonnet and bumper on a UK spec one.

Lovely interior as well as far as I can see. IMO that engine is much more suited to the Corsa as well.
