Does anyone by any chance have proper drawings, with precise sizes and specifications for spacers for corsa B? They are expensive to buy, but i know a guy who has access to a machine that will cut them out of aluminium, however he needs precise drawings to do it, think he puts them through a computer.
My mate did the same thing on his clio, but he sent him the proper dimesions. ANyway, any help appreciated.

I could run you something off if you like, They are pretty simple as they are just the size of a hub, then the holes are in a PCD of 100mm then there is the size of the spiggot...

i saw some for sale (4 of) they went for like £120! I also want them from around 1 - 1 1/2inch thick if thats plausible.
In halfords they have those wank ones which are about 5mm thick and cost £15.
Would you be able to do that then ed? for how much posted?

Ahh i can help you out here then: kinda lol
You need ideally ET18 as the offset BUT wheels with that ET are from saxos etc so i sent my wheels off to:
http://www.alloywheelrepairs.com/index.htm
He drilled them out, has done work for Beardy and is a top bloke/company
That was my 19's, now the 20's i have bought are 5 stud so had to have custom spacers made up, currently running them and work out to have an ET17-ET16ish which fills the arches purfect

Yea, I know what you mean as I've seen Jackos ones for his 5 stud conversion.
They are big clumps of steel, drilled for countersunk bolts which are then drilled for the wheel studs too... You best get the manufacturer to check the drawings out before you go ahead though, don't want to fuck it up for you

DS Engineering did them for me but charged £500 more than they quoted and took miles longer that stated but did an awesome job on them

I'll stick to a tenner. Mind mine were just 11mm to clear my brakes. Wheel never fell off even though I gave the car plenty of hammer. Don't run them any more though.

i think you got completely ripped off then there mate, by law a shop or company can only add upto an extra 10% ontop of their quoted price...... trading standards could tell you this. i'll be getting some custom 50mm spacers made up soon if i cant get no et00 wheels.... my mate has his own machine shop and will spin them out for me on his lathe... nice and cheap too ideall.

If you just need some smallish ones what about chopping up some old brake discs?
I can order you spacers if your stuck...
40mm or and inch and a half will be £100
They bolt to your hubs then your wheel bolts to the spacer.
I can supply non bolted spacers for £50 but anything spaced over 5mm is deadly in my book, fuck using long bolts - you will die.
