i wish my spax were as easy to do as those but mine rust to fcuk!

gona get them re built tho by spax, and painted/coated/treated in something other than yellow

keep them in good condition and you'll have no probs at all

i am goin to give mine a clean, they didnt do any miles over the winter so should b in A1 condition

Think this should be moved into tutorials as this is a good example of restoring coilovers

Nice one, seems smothering threads in grease is way forward with coilovers....i know my old ones had been on the car for a number of yrs and there was no chance of adjusting due to rust...

If you have seized coils then you have to remove them from the car and put them in a bucket of gunk or WD40...
