tbh Adam it's your call but i would have probably called Fad to enquire about the delay before making the judgement. that's all i have to say on it really, if that was probably done then Fad would have reassured you it was on it's way or you could have worked it out there and then depending on what you wanted to do.

yeah Fad not getting at you at all buddy as you said with it being a BH weekend it wudnt have been processed on the friday, or monday... there was clearly going to be a delay and maybe he shud have checked with you on that so you could have brought it to his attention.

i agree with fad, been messed around before and if some1s sent the cheque then you have to sell it to them. sods law it will happen to you one day and the situation will be vice versa so you would be pissed off aswell.
