Wel as soon as i got out of the car my neck was sore, its worse now so going to the hospital to get it checked out, so uncomfortable.
And how would i lose my no claims? She isnt claiming on mine, its the other way around

insurance gos up beacuase you may have had accidents etc and are higher risk of a a payout not because other people are claiming
compensation is there if your injured go for compensation

not really true, insurance companies price insurance to cover outgoings and to make a profit, if there out goings are more ie. people making false claims for fake injurys then the premiums will have to go up to cover this

if it does it wont be by muchdo you know how many people and insurence company insures on average well enough to make a huge profit just by bumping up premiums by 20-30 quid
so am not going to cry over people making false claims insurance companys already rip a lot of people off already why not give them a taste of there medicine i would

insurance companies dont rip you off, its a competitive market, if the profit margins were that high then competition woulod soon force it down, in fact tescos sell insurance at near enough no profit.
so no insurance companies dont rip you off the profit margins are quite small due to the market.
so the reason its so high and you think your being ripped off IS in part due to people false claiming

insurance companies do make huge pofits because they dont usually just sell one type of insurance they diversify in order to make money like life, travel and home insurance for example
there are only a few good insurers now ie the the ones that dont rip you off buy having stupidly high premiums
like tescos etc because the rest have either been knocked out of the market or just no longer can compete with the prices that tesco provide

At least yours stopped
This was three months ago and even with the reg number and a witness the police didnt do anything 
ended up paying £300 to get it all fixed

me and the mrs were in her smart car and stopped at a roundabout when some complete goon in a punto didnt stop and pushed the little smart forward a couple of metres,no damage and no need to claim either

i didnt say claim for nothin he's in pain he shopuld at least be compensated for it! some old dear ran into the back of my car a few months ago, i didnt even claim for damage to my car because i could fix it myself!
