It's so ugly. And it's another clear example of people not living in the real bloody world. £20-30k for a burnt out wreck. Everything, and I mean everying, would need replacing. They give you the spec, most of that stuff will be melted - especially the equipment for the suspension. Idiots.

in my opinion, which in no way reflects the views of the website, it looks to me like they did the work then couldnt pay for all the materials, so they removed the valuable stuff which was not so obvious, and torched it, then said it was an electrical fault

btu like i say, my opinion, and i might be wrong

I share that opinion too now, after looking at the pics again.
Surely the insurance excess would kill them?
"Hi i'd like to claim fire damage to a modified £15k car with £200,000 worth of mods, thats right, it happened in my own workshop."
their still going arent they, and McGuires use an ad with their car in it in max poower magazine.

'If' it was an electrical fault that caused the fire and it was because of some fuck up they had made with the wiring so they were at fault would their insurance still pay out?

I agree about it probably being an insurance job... not an electrical fault...
