hi guys i just bought the new alpine head unit. but wen i installed it i found out that there is only 2 holes 2 put me rca cables in.

but because ive got 2 amps i have 4 rca cables (2 from each)

how do i go about this ?? please help asap

Y leads split the signal into 2

most ice shops will have them the lead you want is 1 male to 2 female

in future when you buy a head unit matey... check the number of "pre outs" then you know which is best for you

No it halves the signal strength, so you need to turn the gain up a bit more than usual.

ive jus come up with a plan. and it works but ive gotta problem.
i conected the y splitters to each amp and then jus used 1 set of rca cables to run thru my car into the back of the headunit.

but wen eve i turn the subwoofer up by rear 6 by 9's turn up with it, because im running my 6 by 9s and my sub off ov 2 amps and my components of the headunit :S
