ok this is pee'ing me off now i just had the ICV replaced around 3 weeks ago with a brand new vx one was working fine now tonite it has starting idling at 1300-1400 rpms it cant be the ICV already can it?
should i attempt to spray carb cleaner down there yet again, i mean this is a brand new part ffs

spray some wd40 on the connecting plug & around the area, and give it a little run see if it helps

also look for air leaks in the vaccum system and espesially the map senor pipe.

which connecting plug?
didnt change my ICV myself so a pic would help if possible
sprayed carb cleaner down there again, i know how far off it is but now idles properly although i know it will prob last a day if im lucky, is it worth changing my fuel filter wasnt sure if the problem is linked in anyway
