Don't think you'll be able to do much.
The bumpers vibrate and the car flexes.

it will keep on cracking and cracking will have to redo it all and make sure even if you tug like mad there is no flex what so ever then it wont crack

should make brackets for under the bumpers to the valances to stop movement, did you use fibreglass? if not do so, and always remember to grind paint down to the metal when putting fibreglass/filler over top

don't drive your car. smoothing is silly because it cracks.

it depends how well its done.
my bodyshop smoothed my rear bumper in about 18 months ago, and i had the saxo smoothed into gsi spoiler and was told that would crack too.
After all this time both still look perfect, its all about the workmanship.

if the bodyshop takes there time, it will last a long time, rushed jobs are the ones that crack, i think i took about 2 weeks to do arches, sideskirts and rear bumper, and they are solid, won't be cracking in a hurry

i've seen people actually dent/knock in the metal around area to be filled if its a straight line, so that the fibreglass is spreading over a big weird shaped area, rather than following an edge

we arent slagging it off, were trying to save other peoples money for them, because we have learned from our own mistakes with cars
