How much did it cost you to do?

Mate did it last year and has a gsxr600 very nice btu he's just found out he's got diabetes so can't ride it for a bit.

I quite fancy it as a cheap mode of transport as i'm moving out soon, but depends alot on whether I get a flat or house, and it'd have to be at least a 6oo

mate's never ridden before but went out and bought a zxr400 before even getting a lesson or test. he seems to be doing ok, and a 400 sports bike sounds like a good stead for a first proper bike.

I fancy doing mine, and if i did i'd be looking at a 600 Hornet or Bandit.

400 sports are really small frame etc though. I'd probably fancy a bandit for a few months then get bored and want a gsxr, r6, zx6r etc but I want a v-twin duc 999 one day

It cost me £450 that was for 3 days of solid training, morning training before test and the test it self. I think you can get it cheaper but mine was one on one training.

I was thinking about a 400 but as you said they are quite small, they are suppose to handle lovely though coz they are so light.

Cheers matey
Crescents are out of my price range unfortunatley there are some nice bikes though (maybe in a few years :lol
Never been to Powerhouse in Kinson but have drove past a few times. Will take a look at the weekend.
There is also a place called Ramoto which are meant to be good near the Suzuki place.
I will probably end up getting a bandit 600 for a year or so.

I'm looking forward to Poole bike night down the quay, its meant to be good
