On a similar note, how easy is it to add them to the car if they aren't on?

removing them is the same as debaging do a search as its been covered before
As for adding them if you get new ones there just sticky back the hard bit is lining them up

easier than taking them off, just make sure you put them on straight. i would get a straight line with masking tape then line them up with that

to remove the strips, use a hair dryer or a heat gun and this should leave less of the sticky tape on the car. to remove the sticky stuff of the car, you can get a polishing cloth that can be attached to a drill to remove.

Right thanks its jus i heard that it woudl leave holds which would need 2 b filled, so if they are jus stuck on its ok, less work for my dad to do LOL Thanks

tip boiling hot water on them straight from da kettle.u still mite have a bit of stick on there u will probly need 1 of them soft polishing clothes ion an electric sander.and sum t cut.
