Fitted my Highsports today. My car is an 03 1.8 SRi on standard wheels
The rear is wound down as far as it will go and the front is about 60-70ish. Im not getting any rubbing at all when im in the car on my own, but with 3 in the car the front is catching on something and when manouvering i get a really bad smell of burning rubber.
Also...for every 45degrees i turn the wheel, it makes a really loud clunking noise, doesnt sound healthy at all! Is this all down to it being too low? Its not hitting any speedbumps or anything in the road so it cant be too low can it?
Help me

Rubber smell indicates that there's been damage - look for it.
Knocking on the steering could be due to the angle of the joints being too steep, or possibly that the dampers are either built incorrectly or not spinning in the top mount properly, there's a bearing that must be free to move, and it will feel like a knock if thats sticking and jumping as you turn more.
