Just spoke to the guy in the bodyshop and he said he'll have a look on tues but it should be ok. If the worst comes to the worst, I still got to go back tehre to have the bay sprayed when i get my new engine fitted, so i can get him to spend more time on it then when we havent got the show deadline to work to. I know he will sort it for me anyway, just it might be a question of time

few little things i would say there, rear bumper fits like an epileptic, very bumpy, arches dont line up to bumper and recess is very wonky, gap on left bottom of spoiler looks different to right, rear arch looks a bit wonky but other than that all good!

its just the small things that really annoy me in any job but then again i notice them due to my job, just like dents in cars i can see, most people cant!

Sorted out the line at the top of the rear bumper now...

The plate recess is in straight, its the hole underneath it that's wonky and its really noticable when you look closely what the actual problem is. No time to sort it before PV but we are gonna remove the centre hole and respray the bumper when i get the engine bay done. Doors have now been sprayed, shell is being done tomorrow and MOT on friday, insurance is sorted now too so still on track for PV

Nope, we got some more rear arches, plastic welded them on to the current ones to bring it down, then fiberglass and filled on top, so we didnt use your idea in the end but cheers for saying i could if i wanted

Car is now out of the bodyshop and im really pleased with it, we worked our asses off to get it done in time for PVS but after getting it done on time, the water pump decided to pack up so we never got to take it, more than a bit annoyed but least its all one colour now

Anyway here's some pics, only thing to say is ive just noticed the front numberplate is wonky but its only stuck on so not a big deal, the middle hole in the rear bumper is going to be smoothed over so it stops making the plate recess look wonky (as i said before) and thats about it for the bodywork part from getting the bay sprayed when the engine comes out. May not be to everyone's taste but im pleased
