is this how much its supposed to rev at 70 mph in gear 5.
Earlier gears are fine 20 in gear 2 =2500 revs
30 in 3 2500revs etc

sounds about right maybe. it wont exactly get to lightning speeds pal, so its slowly reaching its limit, which is correct

sounds like you have a 3.94 final in there, it's much better for acceleration.

Thats about right f13 gear box probably same as mine... great for accelration...not so good after 110 mph..

mine (x14xe, not a clue as to what box it has) does 80 @ 4krpm is that cr? should hope so cos it drinks like an alcholic locked in a brewery

befor i blew the diff in my f13cr it did 130mph at 6500rpm (5th). with the f13wr in there now 1st, 2nd & 3rd are about the same but 4th and fith are alot longer, it pulled straight to 110 in 4th at 6000rpm so if you have the power then its alot better box i think, especially on the motorway as it sits alot lower in the revs in fith..

3k 60mph, 3.5k 70mph, 4k 80mph in 5th
What engine / box do you have to do 4k @ 70mph?
