http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10001&langId=-1&catalogId=10151&productId=224820&categoryId=38231
i no wot ur gonna say 6x9s = crap but anyway wired them into a saxo which is a fcukin barsteward nowere to run the wires like down the side of a corsa b. so anyway just hooked em up to the wires that wer alredy in place from the old speakers. But they sound shoot they are runnin off a new kenwood headunit do they need a amp? because i fort 100 rms is reasonably high for a pair of 6x9s

yes if he must use 6x9s they need an amp. yes 100 rms is ok, but you arent getting that from the head unit.

depends on the headunit. I know mine (Pioneer DEH-7700MP) produces around 27x4 RMS according to the manual, and to caraudiodirect.com

yeah, i read that. i was just saying how far away from the 100wrms he is, just incase he assumes he's pushing 50wrms or something
