i been driving a year now i want 2 change me 1995 1.2 merit for a 1.4 sri

i been oferd £1250 for me car (i only payed £1300) and can get nice sri just been mot'd for £1000 coz its a mate

i pay £1480 a year at the moment for insurance fully comp on me own

so now i will have 1 year ncb and i also completed pass plus (which brights it down) do you think this is a wize move or not ???? andy help please

yer do it i just upgraded to 1.6 as soon as got my no claims and its less than i was paying for the 1.2 lol

and it was just under 700 cheaper

price im paying will be irrelevant as my full kit etc is declared

ok i got a few quotes on the net, and they al aroung £1600 fully comp,

i pay in £1400 for me 1.2 and when it up 4 renual it gona baround £800

so do i keep the 1.2 for a nother year ( paying £800 insurance)
or do i sell it get the 1.4 sri and pay ( £1600 insurance)

dont know what 2 do ????

go third party fire and theft, much cheaper for younger drivers. oh and ty www.quindirect.com

very good prices from them, do an online quote now, takes 2 mins. let me know what you get quoted

oh yess!!!!!! just been quoted £680 with norwich union thats fully comp.


on a 1.4 sri 1995 corsa!!!! and i am juat gona b 18 in march !

thats really good mate!

everytime I tried Norwich Union it came up about #50 cheaper to have it fully comp...give it a go

bloody hell, that after 1 yr ncb and no mods declared??

best quotes ive had 20 0 no ncb 2 years driving 1.4 sri .... £1500-2000 mods declared.

best thing to do is go on an insurance supermarket like confused, search on there and find the cheapest quote, but then go onto the companies own website and get a fresh quote, now youve found the cheapest without the search site adding 70 quid on!!
