what problems do i need to overcome?

gearbox < got
driveshafts < not got, same on all corsas????
mounts < got, on engine
exhaust manifold < got, never took it off engine
downpipe < got, never took it off engine
cat < got

loom < got, never took it off engine
ecu < got
all sensors and vaccum lines <got, never took off engine
chip from the key < got key
transponder from round the ignition barrell < got

maybe the radiator / coolant bottle and water hoses as well <got

did you get the valve thats fitted onto the passenger side inner wing (sai pump valve)

i unbolted it and threw it ontop of the engine still connected

when i fitted a 1.6 16v into a 1.2 16v the inner cv's were different.

i might be wrong, done that many conversions now i forget

All small block CV's are the same....

(I know about the Cav 1.8)

early 1.2 8v... wiring doesn't bother me at all.. can fit lets in corsa c's with no probs
