i know i could sit there and press F5 all the time but is there any program or anything out there that will auto refresh every 10 seconds or so?

Erm... I made an auto refresh script once in javascript ... google for it im sure theres plenty out there

I think firefox and maybe opera have an option to refresh every so often.

If its your page add a meta refresh tag.
Opera has it built in.
