nice work but what are u applying the filler with?

have u got some spreaders? u would save ur self so much time if u apply it alot smoother and to get rid or all the pin holes use sum stopper like dolphin glaze to do a final skim over and it will get id of the pin holes and make it all smooth, its also very easy to take down dolphin glaze but only apply it a very thin layer!

Been using spreaders, but they need a good clean or just replacing. Can get some more from uni when i'm next in the composites lab. Seems easier than trying to clean them

Just been through all 10 pages of this thread. Some cracking work going on with the car. If you want something doing properly your better off doing it yourself!

Soak em in a shallow tub of acetone... the filler will literally fall of em within a couple of days!

A few highlights of my day. I have finished on the arse end of her so I have now moved on to the the front...

Here's what happend...

Bye bye Mr Saxo Spoiler...

Hello Mr Genuine GM GSi spoiler

Rear bumper fits pretty nicely. I'm going to get OCD if I carry on haking at it. It's pissing me off and will be the first thing to change when I get the chance

B pillars are fully complete, already got pics of it somewhere in this thread...

Now time to stick some filler on the front bumper to get the fit more satisfactory:

All in all, a good days work. I will finish the bodywork tomorrow if I worklike I did today, all ready to get SteveW's in for spraying...
