I have a Visa card but its a debit not credit card so i can only spend what have.

yeah you need a visa debit card, it replaces your current card and you can only spend what you have

Everyday I think, fuck it, ill just get a credit card but then I think, actually, i rather like not being in debt not worth it, specially over modding a car.

I have the money here Jamie. It's just a case of finding a card that I can use lol.

Plus I would quite like to pay off my insurance on it. Then Can pay off mods I declare as I go etc etc.

Yeh, thats fine if you have the money BUT, if you have a credit card the temptation to just buy a few things will always be there.........

I use Halifax and they are pretty good

aye go to your bank think you just need to give em details etc then they swap everything over and give ya the new card, only takes about a week doesn't it?
