Bad boy bonnets are either original bonnets modded or ones made from a mould you can do it yourself or pic one up fairly cheap off ebay already done.

you can also get eyebrows from R&A design that can be smoothed into the bonnet.

bonnets need welding. bonding plastic to a bonnet will crack n have no stength.

It wouldnt cost much for a bodyshop to do this, mine was £100 inc sprayin and that was to extend the grill aswell
