My pal had a look at the corsa today and found out there was a few things wrong, so he fixed it up untill got replacement things next week for it and so I can drive it.
Was out tonight, had a few wee things to do. Harly took the car over 30 as was in town mainly
Dropped my pal off then headed home, i was a few mins away from my house when I heard something hit the ground then the car lost power and wouldnt go anywhere, car was still running though so managed to get to the side of the road.
Went back and on the ground was a smallish bracket thing that looked like it had snapped off, was only a half circle and had large holes in it dont know where rest is and was covered in oil. Does anybody know what this is? And what has caused it?

Have had to abandon the car on a busy main street as it wont go anywhere

Why should she be pastering me Adam???

I sold her the car as seen. At the time i had it it was working. As explained to Karen at the time it had just been fixed and i had just paid £500 the week before to get it done. I also explained every problem that i'd had with it to her.

Circuit boards i no nothing about as the lights were there when i bought it and i didnt do anything to the car but get it fixed!

The charger was whirlling away when i had it too, as it was when karen bought it and they've said it was too. So i duno about that.

This is the last thing that u want happening whith a car u sell. I sold it on when it was fixed as i didnt want problems to occur with it with the new owner, but unfortunatly they have.

I lost a lot of money on the car £900 in total gettin it fixed and selling it on for a VERY reasonable price. The bits alone are worth more than what i sold it for.

This is the last thing i wanted to happen to it.

kenzi i was in the same boat when karen was going to buy my car and then i found a problem with the golf but unfortunatly it was for the worst so i didnt sell her the car and then all i got was that i was dodgy and i was called a lyer!!! but the thing was i could have easy sold her the car as it was still drivin! but you are not to blam in my view as like you said the corsa was running when you sold it and how was you suposted to know that something was going to happen to it!

... again... thats not what i'm saying. I know , and i'm sure she now knows, she is a muppet for buying a car that she didnt get checked over etc...

BUT she is saying she is going to get on at wallace performance.... They could tell her to bugger off.

She really needs to work out whats wrong with the car before making assumptions, accusations etc etc. It's prob just a pipe off somewhere

it is wallaces problem if its a bit that they supposably fixed
BUT..
if it isnt then its just tough luck really, private sales dont come with warrentys.

but prob just be some little problem and will be fixed in no time and she'll be out in it soon.

Never said I was going to get on at them. Wireing was meant to of been done but its all a mess and alot of wires are frayed. Just asking them what work they carried out.
I know whats all wrong with it, already had it looked at. As previously said.

And yes I knew there was a few things wrong with it when I bought it, read everything Kenzi posted on here previously and he told me aswell. So Im not blaming him in any way. Just want to speak to Wallace see what they done to the car so can match it up with what Kenzi paid for and what is wrong with the car

sounds a bit iffy!

charger wasnt connected? if the belt is on then surely its working! and the engine could not have made 170bhp without the charger, mantzel is a about 20-30bhp max!

whatever fell out the back of the car... mmmm

does the engine start?

u got any holes in the side of the engine

bound to be pretty unreliable isnt it? heard turbo'ing a small engine made it unreliable, so will this be the same?
