i always had contract phones so know nothing about PAYG
but how could i turn my old handset into a PAYG phone?
do i need to buy a SIM card? where from? how much etc?
phone is with T-mobile at the mo

your contract phone is probably unlocked mate, as eskiboy said just buy and pay and go sim and stick it in (with glue if you're worried about it falling out)

if you r staying on t-mobile u dont need to unlock it, if you want to leave t-mobile then it may need unlocking
