my ecu light comes on every so often and ive no idea why....even wen the temp is normal....wats going on?. my cars a 1.2 8v if that helps

does it go off after 10 secs or so? any other symptoms?

goes off wen i turn engine off most times (after turning back on of course) happens in traffic alot wen temp is normal and wen im doing a steady cruise

yeh...not all the time time just every so often, but yeh it stays on till i turn it off

hmm any other problems? irrational idling or stalling or does it drive as normal? does it start straight away when the engine is warm?

yeh everythings just fine just cant see a reason for the light to come on.....steering wheel shakes wen i brake but thats a diff matter

hmm try a paperclip test and see what codes you can get paperclip test
