my car has been sprayed, just needs flatting and buffing. been quoted £150 for the job eveything included.
Is it worth it?

I take it you mean flatten the paint, compound it then polish it? If so then that seems ok, a normal buff would be around £50-60, but you've got the labour for flattening it etc
