I've flashed the ECU and the roof has stopped going down, button just doesn't respond, switch for all windows doesn't work either, not loom as it also doesn't go down remotely now. Any clues?

i am not sure but i will forward this to work and ask tomorrow for you. what do you mean by you have 'flashed' the ECU?

Rewritten the map through OBD port, got a mate who does VW/Audi/Merc stuff all the time and he offered to play about with my map, read out OK and appeared to go in OK, drives OK, locking is OK, one-touch is OK. Only roof!

as i said go though all connectors, could be a bit of damp, and check fueses, sensors aswell
