my front windows were removed by the bodyshop. When removing them they have slid the rear runner out but on the fron the have popped the plastic runner off rather trhan sliding it out the guide.
How can i get it back on?

i will not be going back to the bodyshop as they do not impress me and returned my car with several parts missing

any ideas wanting to try and get windows in tonight, needing to get some sort of clamp i think it is just broot force i need
