just got some eibach springs there in the last few days... starting to think they may be the wrong ones... does this part need to be modifyed or what?

That's the rubber top mount right? That looks ok actually, the plastic coating on the springs makes them a tight fit, though it's hard to tell without having a proper look....

there is absolutly no way the spring will fit into this.... even with the rubber removed the top of the spring is to small...

Phone up the supplier and check the part numbers then I guess... Only way to be 100% about it....

I had my kit fitted for me, but it had no problems whatsoever - I think you've got the wrong springs dude.

it wont dit in that rubber cup deeley until its on the shocker and compressed. my g-max finest never did anyway

Its dodgy lol, flying springs!
check ur springs not upside down first then either hit a website u could buy those springs and check part number or ring eibach opr a supplier.
maybe a case of them bedding in?

the cup is just rubber, if you put it back onto the shocker, it will make itself fit as the rubber aint no match for the force of the spring.

seriously, try build the strut up and see if it seats it correctly... if it gives in move ya head though

there is no way on earth it will fit... the metal piece of the cap is to big...
