is it just a case of move to boot then wire from boot to engine bay to conect live terminals and earth?

Indeed it is... You can wire the battery directly off of the alternator + terminmal if you like though.... Just make sure your ECU + feed is still connected too. Dead easy mod though.

You will also need to ground the engine to the chassis, just run an earth strap from the engine to the suspension turret.

so would i just gater up all the loose wire from the ground terminal on the battery and just bolt them to suspention?

theres a main earth point on the bulkhead next to the header tank, just earth there

Yep, or any metal on the chassis in fact.
