what size inetercooler cores will be suffcient for a let running around 300bhp?
60mm or 80mm or bigger??

I assume your talking about depth.
No single measurement gives enough info to assess its suitability.
I'd be after something 8 litres volume or above.

Ok, i'll do the leg work to answer your question seeings as you've not used the info I gave in my first reply.
100 series is just over 5 litres volume, 200 series 7 litres.
