Ive got a pager alarm, so went to investigate as soon as my car alarm went off. My twat neighbour was reverse parking. On inspectiion of my car my wing mirror now has a nice long scratch on it!
I went and knocked on his door, and the old idiot claimed he did nothing. I asked why my alarm was going off then, he couldnt explain. Im sure he did it, as the reason for buying the alarm was he reversed into me and claimed he hadnt. I wanted to make sure I was aware this time of when my car was being hit.
Problem - Electrics are fine so its just a scratch. If I report it to the police they are going to come round and look at it, which means they may do me for having illegal tints on my car. Is there anyway of reporting without a visit from the plod. I just would like it on record in case idiot old man does more damage nxt time.

also its not illegal as it's not on the road its on your driveway so anything can be done to it but when it goes onto the road it just can't have those tints.

i had the same problem this morning, found my M3 mirror on the floor, i reckon it was the neighbour as her car has suddenly got a big scratch on one of her wing mirrors, asked her about it and she completely denied it.
