i have a 1.4 16v corsa and i have found that when im racing i seem to have a flat spot at 5000 revs. when in 5th gear it gets to 100mph or 5000rpm and sits there for ages. does anyone no why this is and how to solve the problem.

firstly i hope you value your license, because when you get banned for speeding, you are gonna miss it.
You have a 1.4 corsa, you are going to struggle to get it up to max speed of 110, it will take a long time to get there. corsas are as aerodynamic as a brick.

they put more fuel into the engine mate thats all, you only need one if your engine runs really lean
