the only thing i cannot understand about removing the egr is how you fool the car into NOT going into limp home mode and fool it into thinking everything is fine

yeah id does seem a bit low

and u gained 19BHP out of the torque tube, which is good i have to admit but isnt it meant to give a bit more? in comparision to the mantzel powerbox? on a C16xe the mantzel gives upto 22bhp apparently, oh maybe its coz u got a X16xe

the manzel out performs the velos on the c16xe engines but both the same 19-20 ish on the x16xe engines

Right, I'm getting the EGR blanked off, BUT leaving the valve on and connected so that it can still move just not let no gases pass thru... Fingers crossed
