I'm quickest 1/4 I think? And I've not took it on the strip for a year as I did my old box it about July last year....

Few cars with potentially a LOT more than me, but none seem to of hit the tarmac yet

I was overseas for a while, not that long really, I built a Max Engine spec, Wallace sold me the software to run it, just needs an interior.

Venom - I think a bit of ropey velcro would be far more suitable for a seatbelt than a bit of duck tape

Wonder what the best all rounder?

Best balance of handling/performance to include suspension/transmission/brake mods etc and not just the dumping of phat engine into the engine bay.

Probably a 1600 with a turbo conversion, or a tb'ed lump more madder than Andy H's, less front weight, but same power as a standard LET.
Someone will do it eventually, C20LET and C20XE'ing a corsa is a normal modification these days, something different is going to happen eventually.

ive always been tempted to build a lighteweight decent TB`d 1600 with a decent chassis set up. Guess im scared of splashing out the £££`s and then never recouping the money. would be fun to do, but i just see it as financial suicide atm.

Is andys the one with 9k rev limit? there were some vids kicking about last year?

Well, whatever you will always spend shitloadsof cash when beefing an engine, the most economic way of doing it would be to do 'everything' yourself, and just pay for parts, but even they're steep.

I think beardys car will do 160mph+ and timruds engine should be capable of 170mph not sure about in a corsa though..

i know with beardys old V6 gearbox it was pulling 145mph in 4th. its now got 6 gears but problerly different ratio!!!

he dont take it above 100mph so who knows

he goes faster in 3rd in the red bucket than he does in 6th in the black 1
