i think the regular bolts will hold on as i expect to have the max bhp @ 7000 rpm and the revlimit goes to 7800 no need to go further then 7500 though

in holland there were also rumors because they requested a failisement.

but it was just a restart

dont forget to put their new website within the announcement!

1 thing. due to an overload of emails mantzel stopped replying so faxing or calling is the best way to contact them

I'm back from mantzel now

It was a great day!
phone movie: (i know bad Q.)
http://fluitje.xs4all.nl/ctc/dyno-graphs/5chaap2k/5chaap2k-mantzel.avi

Pic's:
I didn't really take the time to use the camera

I'll just wait till the other's picst arrive..

2Sec's after departing allready stuck in traffic.. jay!

Okay plant that red nut and give it a roll

Mantzel uses the BOSH dyno

dont know why i took this pict or what i was aiming at..

The results where
155,04 PS @7600RPM

The power doesnt drop after reaching its max, it becomes a straight line into the raised revlimiter @ 7850 RPM

the cams are DEFO no 260 degr.. at least 280 mantzel thinks so kent-cams is going to hear something bout that from me..

but the ride had improved a lot!

only thing whe didnt get past was a Volkswagen Golf TDI with 175PS/432Nm

no wonder haha

but we did stay on to him

it's a kamei grille, painted silver and i pasted the 16V logo from the trunk on it, then i took the quickrepair laquerstick and painted the 16V red

about the cams.. i just love the performance even if they are not the 260 degree cams i expected to have.. even after the allready raised revlimiter the power just keeps on going @ 155PS and doesn't drop so i'm satisfied!

but Í just want to know what cams i got and what went wrong.. the only thing NEAR the COR1612 are the 1615 cams and those are 296degr...

i had a sim prob with my cams....

Pretty sure they were not what i thought they were...

I drove a car x14xe, same as my old, with supposedly the same cams (piper 256)

mine ripped it to shit.... but i had major probs getting mine to idle nice, stop cutting out on over run etc....

In the end i just though fuckit and raised the idle speed to 1020rpm.... sounded like a bloody rally car popping and splutting at idle!....

really really picked up at 3500rpm though...

pity i got bored and sold my Mantzel on before i fitted it

5chaap2k - your cams cant be that lairy (wild) as your valves havent touched your pistons yet have they? Cant r'ber what the max lift is before you get contact between valves and pistons...

My new cams in the c20xe are 280+ with 11+ lift (i think)
