Is there a difference in the ecu from a xe with a lambda sensor and one without a lambda sensor, ie will an ecu from a xe without a lambda sensor run a xe with a lambda sensor.

There are quite a few different ones but as for what works with what I'm not sure. Do you have both to try?

well i can get hold of one thsat came off of a car without a lambda and was wondering if it would work

yea im sure it will work mate. the only difference is lambda plug and fuel tank vent valve sometimes
