....and had good results?? i keep cleaning and playing around with it but it seems to last acouple of days and then starts to spit and sputter again.
i think it definatley is the sensor.
also if you have bought a new one how much was it

My boyfriend fitted a new one into my 1.4 16v sport last summer, and ive had no trouble since
I think i payed about £75 for the part.

its for a 1.4 8v. i think ive found the fault!!!
i found a corroded hose near the valve. i chopped the the damaged part off and reconnected it. so far the idle speed has settled down and it dont sputter on low rev's (yet!)
hopefully that'll be the end of it

 fookin car! i thought i'ed crack it then......spit sput sputter
so today i have bitten the bullet and bought my self a new idle....valve.
£58lets see if this makes a difference if it ill chuck it on ebay

changed it and it drives like a new car............well so far anyway!!
