i have been told that o2 customers have priority over 3 customers or somthing thats why its hard to make/receive calls

Dont know if its bull or not ?

edit: make sure the phone is set to usb and not IR int he settings?

i get super reception with three. The problem is not the network, its the phones. The LG phones were on watchdog a while back and i emailed three telling them that our LG phones were shite, so i wanted immediate cancellation of my contract without charge or a brand new phone of my choosing. I got a brand new phone, no questions, 2 days later You can only try, email them stating yur problems and you will be dealt with by british person, not from a foreign call centre.
