im currently in the process of having some standard corsa bumpers smoothed off and resprayed, but.........how do i get my cack plastic ones off the car????

24 bottles of lager and a claw hammer 
seriously, the fronts require the arches to come off (easier and less likely to break anything)... then theres three bolts under the front of the car, all obvious when you look for em
the back, three screws visible when you open the boot, three screws underneath and the rearmost two rear arch bolts have to come out... once again removing the whole arch makes it a nicer job
