hi guys,
i have just fitted some blue leds on my speedo/ rev counter, they did work but where not very bright. so i re-inserting them and now on of the does not work at all, the contact looks a bit scrached but all of the others are the same, if anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly received.

leds only work one way round, might be this

A diode only lets current flow on one direction, you must have fitted one the wrong way round. As for brightness. LED's weren't really designed for illuminating stuff... You need the right sort of LED, like a super bright one or similar....
